Is my data safe with CertBetter?

How does CertBetter handle payments?

We use Stripe’s secure portal to handle all payments.

Do you accept PayPal, bank transfer or cash?

What is Newsfeed in my profile?

The Newsfeed is similar to a Facebook timeline where you can post updates. When you follow an ISO service provider’s profile, their updates will appear directly in your newsfeed, keeping you informed and engaged.

What does the Standard plan include?

The Standard plan includes one business profile listing, customer reviews, the ability to post updates on your business profile, display contact info with our limited support.

Is there a cost for the Standard plan?

No, the Standard plan is completely free to list your business profile.

Do I need a credit card to sign up for the Standard plan?

No, the Standard plan is free and does not require a credit card.

How do I upgrade to Premium Plan?

Simply visit membership page to upgrade your plan. Once the new plan is confirmed through Stripe payments, you’ll see your business profile showing plan-specific details.

What kind of support is included in each plan?

The Standard plan includes our standard support and the Premium plan includes priority support.

What is the Verified Business Status?

Verified Business Status indicates that your business has been verified by CertBetter, increasing trust and credibility with potential clients.

How does CertBetter verify a business?

Once you sign up for any plan, you’ll see a link to a verification form on your business profile where you need to submit details as well as upload the requested documents.
